About this tool
Domain age is useful for a bunch of reasons. Older domains tend to carry more SEO authority. You might want to check if a domain is newly registered before trusting a link. Or you're just curious how long a site has been around. This tool uses RDAP (the modern replacement for WHOIS) to pull registration dates directly from the registry and calculates the exact age in years, months, and days. It also shows the expiry date so you know if a domain is close to lapsing.
